Classes
An intensive training program is offered through Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado.

Other courses are offered through various community centers in the Denver and Boulder area.

The 26th annual T''ai-chi Camp will be held in July 31 - Aug. 4th, 2008 at Sunrise Ranch, Loveland, CO. Tuition $535-$860 depending on accommodation (includes food and classes). Sword Class

Seminars and workshops are given on The Eight Methods, a set of simple exercises designed for senior citizens. It is recommended as an adjunctive study for newcomers and advanced practitioners.Also offered are the Five Animal Forms, a set of taoist-ch'i kung exercises that precedes many of the Chinese martial arts systems
