1. Request line qualification either by calling Qwest at 1-888-MEGA-FAS or online at https://orderdsl.qwest.com/order/welcome.asp. (If you order online, you need to specify CSD Internet as your ISP.)

2. If the line qualifies, then you can order DSL.

3. You should be prompted for what hardware package you want (the Cisco 678, Intel 2100/2200 or Intel 3200 USB). For more information on which would be right for you, Check out the "What is this about new hardware options?" section of this FAQ.

4. You also have the option of having a Qwest tech install the hardware. This option costs an additional $149.

5. Sit back and wait for the DSL equipment to arrive in the mail and install it. (Or wait until Qwest installs it.)
