Trouble sending email to csd.net or boulder.net?

The staff at CSD/Boulder.net is committed to providing our users as much protection as possible against Unsolicited Commercial Email (or "spam"). We block hundreds of thousands of instances of UCE each day, and updates to our UCE block lists are made every few minutes. Because we are more aggressive than most Iinternet Service Providers in our attempts to block users from UCE, users may occaisionally be unable to receive email from certain sources. This is most often because the email is being sent from a mail server or domain that had previously been blocked as a source of UCE. We have no desire to block legitimate email sent to our users. If you are having difficulty sending email to a user on our network, please fill out the form below so that we can take the necessary steps to allow your mail to be delivered.
