July 2004-present: TRANSCRIPTION of oral histories, research interviews, focus groups, and roundtable discussions for the Rocky Flats Cold War Museum, the Maria Rogers Oral History Program, the Association of Teachers of Japanese, the International Tap Association, faculty of the departments of Sociology and Women’s Studies and the Natural Hazards Center at the University of Colorado, and many other private clients.

CAMERA-READY PREPARATION of publications for the Society of Spanish and Spanish-American Studies, the Association of Teachers of Japanese, and the Asian Productivity Association, including editing, proofreading, formatting/layout, and website maintenance.

REAL-TIME CAPTIONING for deaf and hard of hearing students through the Office of Disability Services at the University of Colorado in such subjects as history, medieval studies, sociology, behavioral neuroscience, and law.

1986-June 2004: FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST. Desktop publishing/website support for all foreign language departments, College of Arts and Sciences, University of Colorado at Boulder. Received Chancellor’s Employee of the Year Award for Boulder campus in 2001. The position was eliminated in 2004 as a result of Colorado’s “ongoing budget crisis” (sadly, still ongoing).
