Lao-Tzu, My Words Are Very Easy to Understand by Cheng Man-ch'ing.
It's not easy. Lao Tzu from the perspective of t'ai-chi ch'uan. I recommend Witter Bynner's tranlsation for poets and Robert Henricks for scholars.

T'ai Chi Ch'uan, The Supreme Ultimate Exercise for Health and Self Defense by Cheng Man-ch'ing and Robert Smith. For the serious, long term practitioners, a must.
