Digita Editor v0.55a
This is a beta release of my Digita script editor. Current features include:
  • Digitascript syntax highlighting
  • Bookmarks
  • Search and Replace

The 0.55a release fixes a bug spotted by Andrew Gadsby, related to running DigitaEdit on a Windows 2000 machine without administrator privileges.

Bugs fixed in 0.55 release include:

  • SetTitle() function call was not highlighted
  • SubString() function call was incorrectly capitalized as Substring()
  • Cut, Copy, Paste functions missing from Right-click popup menu
  • Program would not properly open files passed on the command line
Thanks to Pavel Janko for finding and reporting these bugs!

This is a beta release, so expect to find some bugs. Let me know if there are features you want to see.

Some features I'm working on:

  • Documentation
  • Hyperlinking : click on a label name after a GOTO, and the editor will jump to the Label.
  • User configurable highlight colors

The Digita Script Script Checker was created and made available by FlashPoint on the DigitaPhoto.com website. With the removal of that site by FlashPoint, I contacted them and obtained permission to make the Digita Script SDK files available to Digita users.

The download file is intact, and contains all related files, just as it was originally downloaded from the Flashpoint website. The file contains a license agreement which should be reviewed before using the Digita Script SDK.

In granting me permission to make these files available, the representative from Flashpoint insist that I make it clear that there is no support from FlashPoint implied. These files are provided as-is, and by the generosity of FlashPoint.
