Stephanie and I were living in New York city. Stephanie lived downtown and I lived
uptown with my two cats Tucker and Khaos. Stephanie was out walking one afternoon.
She noticed two boys playing football. Unfortunately, the football was a very young
orange kitten. She immediately took matters into her own hands and rescued Ono from
the boys.
I met Ono shortly after he established his new home with Stephanie. I loved the fiesty
orange guy almost instantly. Everyday, I used to say, I wish I had an orange cat
just like Ono.
Stephanie loves to travel about. She had friends who lived on a beautiful farm in
Hawaii on the Big Island. She decided to move to Hawaii. As you may know, rabies
have not been found anywhere on the Big Island. There is a long quarantine for any
domestic pet before it can move to Hawaii. Neither Stephanie nor I thought Ono would
survive living in a small cage for several months.
Stephanie moved to Hawaii and I got an orange cat named Ono.
| Ono went to the VET today. He weighed in at 14.2 pounds. | |
| This cat is definately having trouble staying awake. | |
| He really wants to know why I keep pointing the camera at him. | |
| Ono asleep by the fire, again. |
